Globally, #GivingTuesday is a recognized day of giving held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. After the two biggest back-to-back shopping days of the year- Black Friday and Cyber Monday- this event inspires people to also give to favorite charities and causes during the holiday giving season.

Locally, #GivingTuesday is an opportunity for the people of La Porte County to come together as a Power for Good. Contributing to Unity Foundation’s Power for Good Fund helps support dozens of beneficial nonprofit projects. And this generosity is immediately matched by Lilly Endowment through its GIFT VI initiative!

Join the international focus on Tuesday, December 1st, to kick off the holiday season in an impactful way. To donate online to Unity Foundation’s Power for Good Fund, click here.

This opportunity is available until we reach our match goal of $1 million or until March 2016.
