The President & CEO is responsible for overseeing all functions of the Unity Foundation in its mission to strengthen La Porte County now and forever. Primary responsibilities include building assets, strengthening Unity itself, and strengthening the communities of La Porte County and the region for vibrancy, resilience and equality. The President & CEO works strategically and collaboratively with staff, volunteers and others to achieve the goals and exemplify the values of the Unity Foundation.

The Unity Foundation of La Porte County seeks an executive leader with strong passion for the mission of ensuring a thriving La Porte County. In addition, the foundation seeks an executive with strong fiduciary and growth mindset, unquestionable integrity, familiarity with the processes of grantmaking, and a desire to invite others into partnership.
