The Unity Foundation of La Porte County is part of a network of Northwest Indiana foundations invited by the Lilly Endowment Inc., to apply for funding under Phase VI of the Endowment’s GIFT initiative.  This generous program allows the Unity Foundation of LaPorte County, Legacy Foundation, Porter County Community Foundation, and Crown Point Community Foundation

On May 6, Unity Foundation of La Porte County will join communities from northwest Indiana and across the country for a national day of local giving. Give Local America marks the centennial anniversary of community foundations, inviting La Porte County residents to raise significant funds for causes right in their own backyard.
